HydroSurvey provides comprehensive subsurface water table mapping, deep borehole soil resistivity testing, and stratigraphical permeability analysis for civil infrastructure and industrial dam construction projects. Our deliverables include digital piezometer telemetry data and structural dewatering matrices. All services are rendered based on the specific scope agreed upon in a signed service agreement.
Clients must provide accurate site access information, existing geotechnical reports, and any relevant environmental permits. You are responsible for ensuring that the survey area is safe and accessible for our field teams. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.
All reports, matrices, telemetry data, and analysis generated by HydroSurvey remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for the intended project. We may use anonymized data for research and quality improvement purposes.
Fees are outlined in the service agreement. A 50% deposit is required before fieldwork commences, with the balance due upon delivery of the final report. Refunds are only available if HydroSurvey fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope within 30 days of the scheduled completion date, excluding force majeure events.
HydroSurvey's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from reliance on our data, including but not limited to construction delays, foundation failures, or groundwater contamination. Our reports are advisory and should be used in conjunction with independent engineering judgment.
